Raspberry Cheesecake

By far the most fragrant cookie this season is our Raspberry Cheesecake. This cookie has cream cheese flavors to the max: cream cheese powder, cheesecake pudding mix and cream cheese flavored chips! We also use raspberry emulsion, real dried raspberries to balance the cream cheese with a fresh and fruity flavor. Lastly we add specially made graham crumbles in the dough and press onto each cookie before baking.
