Banana Crème Pie

Now every banana pudding lover knows that Paula Dean holds the title for best banana pudding with her Not Yo Mama’s Banana Pudding recipe and it has for sure inspired one of our newest flavors: Banana Crème Pie. 

These cookies are flavored with banana infused syrup, banana extract and pudding mix. We also use marshmallow fluff, cream cheese powder, and mini marshmallows to achieve the ‘crème’ flavor and consistency. Nilla wafers are crushed and added into the dough as well as pressed on top of each cookie before baking.
