Inspired by two classic desserts: Pineapple Upside Down cake + Rum cake is our all new Pineapple cRUMb 🍍cookies. This dark brown sugar cookie is flavored with all things pineapple including juice, emulsion and actual pineapple chunks. It is topped with a rum flavored crumb and glaze.
